When to turn off notifications

High volume sales

If you're selling many tickets per day, notification emails can overwhelm your inbox. Consider turning them off and checking sales directly in the dashboard.

Using the dashboard instead

Many organizers disable notifications and simply check the last emails when they want to see how sales are going. The notifications are comprehensive but can be excessive for busy events.

Who receives notifications

Notifications are sent to all brand owners. Other team members (Administrators, Producers, etc.) do not receive these emails.

No. Notifications are all-or-nothing for the entire brand. You either receive all ticket sale notifications or none.

Notifications only go to brand owners. If you need additional people to receive them, they would need to be added as brand owners.

No. These notifications are only for new sales. Refunds are handled in Customer service → Refunds.
