Event metrics

The General tab is your event's dashboard. Here you can see key performance metrics, revenue breakdowns, and visual charts to understand how your event is performing.

If the selected date is cancelled and there are buyers in the cancellation flow, a buyer tracking section may appear at the top of this tab (summary, table, search, resend email when applicable, export). See Cancel an event date for full details.


Metric cards

At the top, you'll find cards displaying your key metrics:

Total revenue

Shows your net revenue in dollars. Click the blue dropdown icon to see a detailed breakdown:

Revenue breakdown modal:

Tickets

Shows tickets sold vs. total stock. Click to expand and see the source breakdown:

  • Mercado Pago / Stripe (online)
  • Ticket office
  • Courtesies (free tickets)
  • Free tickets
  • Refunded (negative count)

Discounts used

Total number of discount codes applied to purchases.

Refunds

Percentage of refunded transactions. If greater than 0%, click to expand:

Tickets validated

Add-on cards

If your event has add-ons, two additional cards appear:

Add-ons

Shows add-ons sold vs. total stock. Expandable to see:

  • Online sales (Stripe/Mercado Pago)
  • Ticket office sales
  • Refunded (negative)

Add-ons validated

Number of add-ons scanned and verified.


Seating map preview

For numbered seat events, a read-only map appears below the cards showing:

  • Occupied seats: Colored by category
  • Available seats: Empty
  • Hover details: Click and hover over any seat to see buyer information

Charts

Below the cards, you'll find visual analytics with shared controls:

Chart controls

  • View toggle: Switch between "Ticket quantity" and "Revenue"
  • Payment method filter: All, Mercado Pago, Stripe, Ticket office, Courtesy, Free

Tickets sold by type (Pie chart)

Shows the distribution of sales across your different ticket types. Useful for understanding which tickets are most popular.

Add-ons sold by type (Pie chart)

Only appears if you have add-ons. Shows distribution across add-on types.

Tickets sold over time (Line chart)

Shows daily ticket sales or revenue from event creation to event end. Perfect for:

  • Identifying peak sales periods
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness
  • Understanding buyer behavior patterns

Tip: Hover over any point on the charts to see detailed data for that day or category.


Purchase orders shortcut

At the bottom, you'll find a "Purchase orders" button that takes you directly to the Orders tab.


Using metrics effectively

Actionable insights

  1. Compare dates: If you have multiple dates, switch between them to compare performance
  2. Track campaigns: Launch a promotion and watch the line chart for spikes
  3. Optimize pricing: If one ticket type dominates sales, consider adjusting others
  4. Monitor refunds: A spike in refunds might indicate an issue to address

FAQs

Go to Events → select your event → the General tab shows all your sales metrics. For a list of individual purchases, click the "Purchase orders" button or go to the Orders tab.

Look at the "Tickets sold over time" line chart. Toggle the view to "Revenue" using the control above the chart. Hover over each point to see the exact revenue for that day. For revenue per day across all events, check the Reports section.

Yes! The "Tickets sold by type" pie chart shows the distribution. Hover over each section to see exact quantities. You can also click on the Tickets card to see a breakdown by source.

If you have add-ons, the "Add-ons sold by type" pie chart appears below the tickets chart. Hover over each section to see quantities per add-on type.

Click the blue dropdown icon on the Total revenue card. The modal shows: gross total, taxes, processor fees (Mercado Pago/Stripe), Fanz fees, discounts applied, refunds, and final net profit.

Yes. Go to the Orders tab and click Export to download all transactions as CSV or Excel. For attendee data, use the Assistants tab export.

Each date has its own metrics. The General tab always shows data for the currently selected date. Use the date selector at the top right to switch between dates and compare performance.

Gross revenue is the total amount collected before any deductions. Net revenue is what you actually receive after processor fees, Fanz fees, taxes, refunds, and discounts are subtracted.

Use the payment method filter above the charts. You can view metrics for: All, Mercado Pago, Stripe, Ticket office, Courtesy, or Free tickets separately.

Yes! The General tab updates automatically. Refresh the page or wait a few seconds to see the latest sales reflected in your metrics.

For a detailed comparison between dates or events, use Compare events in the Reports section. There you can see side-by-side metrics, charts, and performance data.

Each color represents a ticket category. Colored seats are occupied (sold), empty seats are available. Hover over any seat to see buyer details for that specific seat.
