Event team members

The Members tab shows all team members assigned to this event, organized by their roles. Here you can track performance and manage assignments.


Assigning team members

Click "Assign team members" in the top right to open the assignment modal:

  1. Search or filter team members by role
  2. Click on member cards to select/deselect
  3. Use "Select all" or "Deselect all" for quick selection
  4. Click "Save changes"

Only members assigned to the event can sell, validate, or appear in reports for this event.


RRPPs (Online sellers)

Team members with the RRPP role who have this event assigned. They sell tickets through personalized tracking links.

Actions

  • View sales: Opens a modal with all transactions from this RRPP. Shows:

    • Sales link at top
    • Member data on the left
    • Total income on the right
    • Full transaction list (same as orders list)
  • Copy link: Copies the RRPP's personalized sales link to share

Performance tracking

RRPPs are automatically sorted by sales (highest first), so you can quickly see your top performers.


Sellers (Box office)

Team members with the Seller role who sell tickets at the physical box office.

  • View sales: Opens a modal with all box office transactions from this seller, filtered by event, date, and member.

Validators

Team members with the Validator role who scan and verify tickets at entry.

Actions

  • Assign: Opens a modal to configure what this validator can scan:

    • Uncheck "Can validate all tickets" to select specific ticket types
    • Uncheck "Can validate all add-ons" to select specific add-on types
    • Useful for zone-specific validators (e.g., VIP entrance only validates VIP tickets)
  • History: Opens a modal showing all validations performed by this validator for this event/date, including:

    • Ticket holder information
    • Validation timestamp
    • Ticket/add-on type

Multi-select assignment

Use the checkboxes to select multiple validators, then assign the same ticket/add-on permissions to all at once.


FAQs

In the RRPPs section of the Members tab, you'll see sold tickets and income for each RRPP. Click "View sales" in the Actions column to see the full list of their transactions.

Two options: (1) The RRPP can find their own link in their Fanz panel under their RRPP profile. (2) You can find it in this Members tab — click "Copy link" in the Actions column next to their name and send it to them.

In the Validators section, the "Validated tickets" column shows the count for each validator. For more detail, click "History" to see every individual validation they performed.

Yes. In the Validators section, click "History" next to any validator. This opens a modal showing all validations they performed, including ticket holder info, timestamp, and ticket type.

Each section (RRPPs and Sellers) shows "Sold tickets" and "Income" columns for every team member. The tables are sorted by sales, so your top performers appear first.

Three ways: (1) In this event's Members tab, click "Assign team members" at the top right. (2) From the main Team & Roles section, you can assign members to events when editing their profile. (3) During event creation, there's an "Assign team members" step right before publishing.

Yes. A team member can have multiple roles. They'll appear in multiple sections if assigned to the event in each role.

They need to be assigned to this specific event. Click "Assign team members" and make sure they're selected.

No — this tab shows stats per date. Switch between dates using the selector at the top of the page.
