Live preview in the site builder
When working with onsite forms in the site builder, the onsite forms tab includes a live preview panel so you can see exactly how your email capture popup will look to visitors before publishing. The preview updates as you make changes to your form's design and content.
If no form is currently selected, the preview area shows an empty state with an icon indicating that a form needs to be chosen.
Embedded forms
Embedded forms are created from the page builder by adding a newsletter block. From the Email capture tab you can only:
- View the form in the list
- Link or unlink an automation flow
To edit the embedded form design, go to Website → Pages and edit the corresponding page.
Analytics
Each form has metrics available. Click Analytics on the form card to see:
- Total subscribers — Total number of people who subscribed
- New subscribers — Subscribers in the selected period
- Last subscriber — Date of the last registration
- Views — How many times the form was displayed
- Conversion rate — Percentage of views that resulted in a subscription
- Dismiss rate — Percentage of views where the popup was closed
- Contact list — Detail of each form subscriber
