Events list

The Events menu in the sidebar is your central hub for viewing and managing all events in your brand. Here you'll find a searchable, filterable table with all your events and their key metrics.

Search and filters

At the top of the table, you have several options to find exactly what you're looking for:

Type an event name to instantly filter the table.

Event status dropdown

Next to the search bar, you'll find a dropdown to quickly filter events by their status:

OptionDescription
Upcoming eventsShows only events with future dates (default)
DraftShows only unpublished draft events
Past eventsShows only events that have already ended
All eventsShows all events regardless of status

Filters

Click the filter icon to access additional filters:

Reorder events

By default, events on your homepage are ordered by upcoming date (earliest first). Use Reorder events to set a custom order:

  1. Click Reorder events
  2. Drag and drop event cards to your preferred order
  3. Save changes

Visual indicators

  • Past events: Appear slightly greyed out (only visible when "Past events" or "All events" is selected in the dropdown)
  • Hidden events: Show a crossed-eye icon overlay on the banner
  • Draft events: Display a "Draft" chip instead of category and appear greyed out (only visible when "Draft" or "All events" is selected in the dropdown)

Important: The totals shown in each event row reflect only the visible dates based on your selected filter. When viewing "Upcoming events", you'll only see metrics for upcoming dates.

Expandable rows

Events with multiple dates are expandable. Click on the event row to reveal all dates underneath.

Date row columns

ColumnDescription
SelectCheckbox for the specific date
DateMonth and day number
NameName of the date
ReservationsReservation count for this date
Sold ticketsSold / total stock for this date
Earnings (net)Net revenue for this date

Note: Single-date events navigate directly to the event detail when clicked.

Multi-select actions

Select multiple events or dates using the checkboxes. When you select more than one, a floating toolbar appears at the bottom center with:

  • Selected count and a clear button (X)
  • Select action dropdown with the following options:

Edit tickets

Opens a modal with all rates for all tickets in the selected dates. You can edit:

  • Price
  • Service charge %

This is useful when you need to update pricing across many events at once. For updating all dates within a single event, use the "Apply to all dates" option when editing tickets in the event detail.

Note: Price changes only affect future purchases. Past transactions retain their original pricing.

Change visibility

Two options:

  • Make events public — Show events on your site
  • Hide events — Remove from homepage and sections (detail page still works)

Note: Visibility changes apply to the entire event, not individual dates.

Download bordereaux

Downloads the bordereaux sales report for all selected dates as a .zip file with .xls format.

This only works if the events have an assigned bordereaux configuration.

Individual actions

Each event row has an actions menu (three dots) with:

ActionDescription
ViewNavigate to the event detail page
Copy URLCopy the event's public ticket page URL to clipboard
Show/Hide eventToggle event visibility
DuplicateCreate an exact copy in draft mode
DeleteDelete the event (recoverable)

Duplicating events

Duplicate creates a copy in draft mode within the same brand. This is useful when you have a template event with specific configurations you want to reuse:

  1. Click Duplicate on the source event
  2. Click Complete on the new draft
  3. Modify only what's different
  4. Publish

Note: You cannot duplicate an event to a different brand. The duplicated event is always created in the same brand as the original.

Deleting events

Deletion is not permanent:

  • The brand owner receives an email notification with a recovery button
  • You can also contact admin@fanz.com.ar with the event name and brand to request recovery

External events

If this feature is enabled for your brand, the Create event button menu will also show Create external event.

External events let you feature an event in your main events grid even when the actual sale, registration, or conversion happens on another website.

What you configure

  • Banner — Main event image
  • Title — Display name in the grid
  • Location — Event venue or address (optional)
  • External URL — Link users are redirected to
  • Shows/dates — One or more dates displayed in the list

In a second step before saving you can assign team members to the event, same as for a regular event.

Once created, the external event appears in the same events table. From the actions menu you can edit it and copy its external URL.

Draft events

Events in draft mode have special behavior:

  • Not expandable — No dates to show
  • No metrics — No sales data yet
  • Limited actions — Only "Complete" and "Delete event"
  • Click behavior — Clicking the row triggers "Complete event"

To publish a draft:

  1. Click on the draft row or select Complete from actions
  2. Review and modify the pre-filled event data
  3. Click Create to publish

Pagination

The table is paginated. Adjust the rows per page at the bottom to show more or fewer events at once.

FAQs

Reservations are tickets temporarily held but not yet purchased. This includes manual reservations made via the box office, and automatic 10-minute holds when buyers are in the checkout process. Once payment completes, reservations become sales.

Earnings show net revenue after deducting payment processor fees (Mercado Pago/Stripe) and Fanz fees. These fees are percentages that result in decimal amounts. For the exact breakdown, click on the event and check the revenue details in the General tab.

When you duplicate an event, it copies all dates too. Click "Complete" on the duplicated draft, go through the creation steps, and in the dates step you can delete the old dates individually by clicking on them and selecting delete. Then generate new dates as needed.

Check your event status dropdown and filters. Select "Past events" or "All events" if you're looking for ended events, select "Draft" or "All events" for unpublished drafts, and verify no category, location, or day filters are limiting results.

Yes! Use the multi-select checkboxes to select dates from different events, then select "Edit tickets" from the floating toolbar.

Yes. The brand owner receives a recovery email. Alternatively, contact admin@fanz.com.ar with your event name and brand.

Greyed out events are either past events (visible when "Past events" or "All events" is selected), draft events that haven't been published yet, or events with no upcoming dates.

No. Visibility applies to the entire event. To prevent sales for a specific date, you can pause ticket sales for that date in the Tickets tab.

The crossed-eye icon indicates the event is hidden. Hidden events don't appear on your homepage but the direct link still works. Use this when you're not ready to promote the event publicly yet.

The count only reflects visible dates based on your selected filter. If you're viewing "Upcoming events", you're only seeing sales for upcoming dates. Select "All events" or "Past events" to see the complete picture.
