Managing members

The Members tab shows all your subscribers. View their status, manage payments, and handle cancellations.


Accessing members

Go to Memberships → Members.


Members table

The table displays all subscribers with these columns:

Search and filters

Search by:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Last name
  • ID

Filter by:

  • Membership plan
  • Source (manual upload or Mercado Pago/Stripe)
  • Variation type
  • Category
  • Status
  • Member since (date range)

Export

Click Export in the top right to download member data as a file.


Adding a member manually

Click Add member to register someone without automatic billing.

Important: Manual members require you to collect and register payments each month. This increases churn because members must consciously decide to pay instead of being charged automatically.


Member detail

Click on any member row to open the detail modal.

Information displayed

  • Name, last name, email
  • Phone, ID, birthdate
  • Membership plan and status
  • Member since date
  • Next billing date
  • Active event inscriptions (tickets for upcoming events)

Actions

Edit personal details — Update member information.

Pause membership — Temporarily suspend the membership:

  • Member loses privileges
  • Can be restarted later
  • Useful for temporary situations

Cancel membership — Permanently end the membership:

  • Member loses all privileges
  • Cannot be undone
  • To rejoin, they must subscribe again

Note: If a member has tickets for an event with a membership discount, they keep those tickets even after pausing or cancelling.

Below member details, see all payments:

User memberships

See all memberships this person has or had:

  • Current memberships
  • Past memberships
  • Status of each (active, paused, cancelled, expired)

Member statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveMembership is current and privileges apply
PausedTemporarily suspended, no privileges
ExpiredPayment failed or period ended
CancelledPermanently ended

Only Active members receive discounts and benefits.


No. Cancelled memberships cannot be restarted. The member must subscribe again from scratch.

Tickets already purchased remain valid. The member just can't get new membership discounts until reactivated.

For offline sales, corporate deals, or special arrangements where automatic billing doesn't work. Be aware you'll need to collect payments yourself.

Check the Payments section in member detail. Failed payments show the reason (card declined, insufficient funds, etc.).

Yes. A person can subscribe to different plans. Each is tracked separately.
