Dashboard home

When you open the Fanz dashboard, the Home route (/) shows an operational snapshot of your brand: a hero KPI block, a date range filter, and a dynamic grid of widgets that depend on your active modules and role permissions (not every team member sees the same layout).

Not the same as your public homepage (white-label site). That is configured under Website; this screen is internal dashboard only.

Greeting and tour help

At the top left you'll see a greeting with your name (from your account). Next to the title there is a help button (icon) to replay the guided tour of the Home section whenever you need it.

Date range filter

On the right (or below on mobile) you can filter the dashboard data:

OptionUse
TodaySame-day activity
7 days / 30 daysRecent trends (default: 30 days)
AllBroader cumulative view (all-time)

The Hero KPIs, Referrals and Reservations widgets recompute when you change the range. Other widgets (Upcoming events, Live validation, Chatbot, Marketing, RRPP, Upsell, Memberships) always show current / all-time data regardless of the selector.

Hero KPIs

Shown when the Events module is active. The big headline number is the net revenue for the selected date range. The period measures sales activity in that window (tickets sold / revenue collected) regardless of when the events themselves take place, so brands with only future events still see real numbers while they sell.

Below the headline there are up to four mini-KPIs:

KPIMeaning
Tickets soldTickets sold during the period
Average ticketNet revenue ÷ tickets sold
PurchasesTotal orders = online + in-person
Active eventsEvents currently published (hidden if the Events tab is hidden)

A small "Reports →" link at the top right takes you to the full reports section when the Reports module is enabled.

Widgets

The rest of the page is a 2-column grid that packs all visible widgets together. Blocks for modules you don't have — or tabs your role can't read — are hidden entirely instead of shown as empty cards.

Upcoming events

Shows your next 3 upcoming dates, sorted by start date ascending. Each row shows:

  • The event banner thumbnail
  • Event title
  • Scheduled date (formatted in the event / brand timezone)
  • A relative hint: today, tomorrow, or in X days (only up to 30 days)
  • Either sold / total tickets and the occupancy %, or just the number sold for external events with no capacity

Clicking a row takes you to the event detail. The date-range selector at the top of the page does not affect this widget — "upcoming" is always measured from today.

This replaces the old "Top events" widget which ranked events by sales in a date range — brands whose events were all scheduled in the future used to see an empty list even while actively selling.

Live validation

Appears when the Validate module is active. Lists every event date scheduled for today (using the event timezone first, brand timezone as fallback). For each event you get:

  • A LIVE chip pulsing green while the date is in progress; otherwise a "scheduled at HH:mm" chip with the start time
  • A progress bar with validated / total tickets and the validated percentage
  • Automatic refresh every minute so the LIVE indicator flips on when the show starts

If more than 3 events are happening today, a "View more" button expands the list.

Referrals

Appears when the Event referrals (RRPP) module is active. For the selected date range, shows:

  • Tickets sold through the referral / RRPP program
  • Net revenue attributed to those sales

Reservations

Appears when the Sell module is active. For the selected date range, shows:

  • Tickets reserved from the box-office sell menu
  • Net value of those reservations

Chatbot efficiency

Appears when Customer service → Chatbot conversations is enabled. Shows:

  • A circular gauge with the resolution rate (resolved ÷ total conversations) — how often Fanzly resolved a question without escalating
  • Time saved — estimated human minutes saved thanks to the chatbot
  • Revenue from chats — sales attributed to chatbot-assisted buyers

Clicking the card opens the full chatbot inbox.

Marketing impact

Appears when the Marketing module is active. Shows email campaign performance (Fanzly):

  • Headline: attributed revenue and tickets sold from campaigns
  • Funnel: Sent → Opens % → Clicks % → Conversion %

Clicking the card opens Marketing.

RRPP ranking

Appears when you have read access to the RRPP profile. Shows the top 5 promoters by revenue, each with their ticket count and total revenue. The subtitle totals the whole ranking: N tickets · $X revenue.

Upsell impact

Appears when the Upsell module is active. Shows:

  • Total revenue from upsells
  • A mini funnel: Exposed → Clicked → Purchased with percentages at each step
  • Conversion rate: purchased ÷ exposed

Clicking the card opens Upsells.

Memberships health

Appears when the Memberships module is active and your brand country is Argentina (the only region where the module is currently enabled). Shows:

  • Active members count
  • MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
  • A colored bar with status breakdown: active (green) / paused (yellow) / cancelled (red) / pending (blue)
  • This month's new vs cancelled members

Clicking the card opens Memberships.

Getting Started checklist

New accounts don't see the widget grid immediately. The home route shows the Getting Started checklist first — connect a payment provider, create your first event, customize your branding, etc. — and only switches to the full dashboard once the checklist is complete (or you explicitly dismiss it).

See Getting started (checklist) for the full list of steps.

Next steps

  1. Getting started checklist — Finish initial setup.
  2. Section product tour — How guided tours work in each area.

Visibility depends on your brand's active modules (Settings → Visible modules) and your role permissions. Each user only sees what they are allowed to, and widgets for hidden modules don't render at all — they don't appear as empty cards.

Hero KPIs, Referrals, and Reservations recompute when you change the range. Upcoming events, Live validation, Chatbot efficiency, Marketing impact, RRPP ranking, Upsell impact, and Memberships health show current or all-time data regardless of the selector.

The Memberships widget is currently only enabled for brands whose country is Argentina, and requires the Memberships module to be active plus read access to the tab.

Most widgets refresh when you load the page or change the date range; the Live validation widget also auto-refreshes every minute so the LIVE indicator flips on when an event starts. It isn't a per-second streaming view — it reflects sales and metrics as returned by the server on each query.

It was replaced by Upcoming events. The old widget ranked events by sales inside the selected date range, which hid events that were actively selling but scheduled for later. The new widget always shows your next 3 dates with sold vs capacity so you can track how they're filling up.
