Where to edit each thing

The event detail page has two distinct editing surfaces. Knowing which one to use saves you from hunting for an option in the wrong place.

Quick rule: anything that belongs to the whole event (its information, checkout, dates, emails) is edited from the "Edit" button in the top right. Anything that is an entity inside the event (tickets, discounts, add-ons, members…) is edited from its own tab, by opening the row and clicking Edit (or the three-dots menu).

Surface 1 — "Edit" button (top right)

Opens modal windows for event settings. It is a closed list: these are ALL its options, there are no others.

Menu optionWhat it's for

⚠️ This menu does not include tickets, prices, discounts, add-ons or members. If you're trying to edit any of those, you're in the wrong place — use Surface 2.

Surface 2 — Per-entity tabs

Each event entity is managed in its own tab of the event navigation. To edit a row: open the tab → Actions column → Edit (if actions are grouped, three-dots menu → Edit).
