General metrics
The General tab shows you a consolidated summary of all sales, with key metrics and availability for your events.
Accessing general metrics
From the Fanz dashboard, go to Reports → General.
Date filters
At the top you have:
Date range filter
Select a from - to range to see metrics for that period. Default shows from today to end of year.
"By purchase date" switch
This filter changes how metrics are calculated:
| State | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Off (default) | Shows sales for events that occur in the selected range, regardless of when purchased |
| On | Shows sales that were made in the selected range, regardless of which event date |
Example:
- Filter: Only today
- Off: See all sales for events happening today (even if purchased a month ago)
- On: See all sales made today (regardless of event date)
Download metrics
The "Download metrics" button exports the visible card metrics to Excel or CSV format.
Metric cards
Below the filters you see cards with main metrics:

Clickable cards: Purchases, Reservations, Invitations, Online purchases, and In-person purchases are clickable. Click to open a modal with the detailed orders list.
Orders modal and table
When you click on a clickable card, a modal opens with the corresponding orders.
Modal features
- View all orders for that metric
- Filter by team member who processed the sale
- Filter by discount code
- Click on an order to see its detail

Payment column details
This column shows:
- Payment processor (Mercado Pago, box office, courtesy, etc.)
- If a team member processed the sale (RRPP or box office seller), their profile photo appears
- Hover over the photo to see the member's name and email
Customize columns
Click the settings icon (gear, bottom right) to:
- Show/hide columns
- Drag and drop to reorder columns
Availability table
Below the metric cards there's an availability table showing how full or empty your event dates are.
Note: This table only appears when the "By purchase date" filter is off.
Table structure
Each row represents an event date in the selected period:
- Left: Event name, day, and time
- Right: Progress bar with 4 components
Progress bar colors

Interacting with the progress bar
- Hover over each color to see the exact value
- If a segment represents more than 10%, it shows the number directly on the bar
- Click any color to see the orders for that category for that specific date

Total purchases is the gross amount (price × quantity). Revenue is the net amount you receive after deducting Fanz, payment processor, and tax commissions.
The availability table only appears when the "By purchase date" filter is off. Turn it off to see metrics by event date.
Yes. The "Payment" column shows the team member's photo who processed the sale. Hover to see their name and email.
No. Reservations are tickets set aside but not paid. They appear separately so you can track pending money.
Yes. The "Download metrics" button exports only the card metrics, not individual orders.
