Fanz Invoices
Argentina only: This feature is available for verified brands operating in Argentina.
Fanz charges a service fee on each purchase processed through the platform. At the end of every month, Fanz generates an AFIP-compliant invoice for the total service fees of that period. You can now view and download these invoices directly from your dashboard.
Accessing Fanz Invoices
Go to Settings → Invoices.
The tab is visible for verified Argentine brands.
What you'll see
The invoices table displays all invoices issued by Fanz to your brand, sorted from newest to oldest.

Downloading invoices
Click the download icon on any row to get the PDF. The PDF is an AFIP-compliant invoice that includes:
- Fanz fiscal data (CUIT, address, tax condition)
- Your brand's fiscal data (legal name, CUIT, tax condition)
- Service period
- Itemized description of the service fees
- IVA breakdown (when applicable)
- CAE number and QR code for AFIP verification
Tip: Save these invoices for your accounting records. They are valid AFIP fiscal documents.
How invoices are generated
Fanz automatically generates invoices on the last day of each month for all brands that meet these criteria:
- Brand is verified
- Brand does not use Fanz-collects payment model
- Purchases were made through Mercado Pago or Fiserv
- Total service fees for the month are at least $5,000 ARS
The invoice type (Factura A or Factura B) is determined by your brand's tax classification.
The tab is only visible for verified brands with country set to Argentina. If you believe you should see it, contact Fanz support.
Invoices that don't have a valid CAE (AFIP authorization code) cannot be downloaded as PDF. This may happen if there was an issue during generation. Contact support for help.
