Reports and analytics
The reports module lets you view all sales metrics, analyze event performance, and manage orders from one place.
Accessing reports
From the Fanz dashboard, go to Reports in the main sidebar.
Available tabs
The reports module has the following tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| General | Consolidated sales metrics, availability, and financial summary |
| Purchases | Complete list of all orders with advanced filters |
| Compare events | Performance comparison between different events |
| Sales by time | Sales analysis distributed over time |
| Ticket office closings | Record of box office cash closings |
Purchase reports and Flexible Fare
When a buyer opts into Flexible Fare at checkout, the purchase is marked as insured. You inspect that on the purchase detail and in exports — not as extra columns on the Purchases list.
The Reports → Purchases list does not add Flexible Fare columns. You see protection on the purchase detail (the Flexible fare chip, the fee, and the refundable-until deadline) and in purchase exports.
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| Reports → Purchases table | The usual columns (buyer, event, payment, totals). No Flexible Fare column |
| Purchase detail | Flexible fare chip when the buyer opted in, plus the protection fee and refundable-until deadline |
| XLS / CSV export | Flexible Fare included with the standard purchase fields |
