The Fanzly automated remarketing feature has been discontinued. The configuration required to make it work reliably — recurring events, verified sender setup, correct frequency settings, and per-event promotion rules — proved too complex for most use cases, leading to frequent misconfiguration and unexpected behavior.


What to use instead

For re-engaging past buyers or promoting upcoming events, use the tools that remain available in the Marketing section:

  • Email Campaigns — Send one-time or scheduled emails to your entire base or specific segments. Ideal for promoting an upcoming event.
  • Automation Flows — Build multi-step automated sequences triggered by buyer actions (purchase, attendance, review). More flexible and transparent than Fanzly.
  • Contacts & Segments — Filter and target past buyers by event, ticket type, or purchase date.
