Fanzly
Fanzly is an AI-powered remarketing engine that automatically re-engages past buyers with personalized emails and exclusive discount codes. Zero manual effort required.
What Fanzly does
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Intelligent event prioritization | Promotes events with lower sales that are happening soon |
| Hyper-personalized messaging | References specific past purchases to create relevant offers |
| Named promo codes | Creates discount codes with the buyer's name, exclusively for them |
| Smart recommendations | Only suggests events that match the buyer's demonstrated interests |
When to use Fanzly
Fanzly is ideal for:
- Recurring events: You have multiple events published regularly (e.g., weekly parties, theater series, monthly events)
- Automated remarketing: You want buyers from previous events to automatically receive offers for your upcoming events
- Continuous operation: You have a constant flow of buyers and events, not a single isolated event
DO NOT use Fanzly if:
- You only have one single event
- You want to send a one-time/specific campaign
- You want to promote to people who never bought before
- You don't have recurring events
➡️ For one-time campaigns or single events, use Email Campaigns instead.
How Fanzly works
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Fanzly is NOT a scheduled mass email system
Fanzly does NOT send emails "every X days to your entire base" like a traditional email campaign. Instead, it works REACTIVELY based on individual actions by each person:
Fanzly flow (per individual person):
- A person takes an action on your site:
- Reserved but didn't complete purchase
- Bought a ticket
- Attended an event (validated their ticket)
- Left a review
- Fanzly schedules a personalized email for THAT specific person — the email sends X days AFTER their action
- If that person takes another action before the email is sent — the previous email is cancelled and a new one is scheduled
- If X days pass with no activity — the email is sent with a personalized offer for your upcoming events
The email frequency (e.g., 5, 7, 10 days) does NOT mean "send to everyone every X days". It means: "after an INDIVIDUAL person takes an action, wait X days of inactivity before sending them an email".
Practical example:
- You set frequency to 7 days
- John buys on Monday → Fanzly sends him an email next Monday (7 days later) only to John
- Mary buys on Wednesday → Fanzly sends her an email next Wednesday only to Mary
- Peter reserves but doesn't buy on Friday → Fanzly sends him an email next Friday only to Peter
Each person receives emails based on THEIR individual timeline, not a mass scheduled send.
If you want to send mass scheduled emails every X days, use Email Campaigns, NOT Fanzly.
Special case: Reviews
When a buyer leaves a review, Fanzly creates a 100% personalized response:
- AI analyzes the review content
- Addresses specific points mentioned
- Offers compensation or rewards based on sentiment
- Creates a unique follow-up experience

Email campaigns are one-time sends you create manually and send to your entire base (or segments) at a specific time. Fanzly runs automatically IN THE BACKGROUND, sending INDIVIDUAL emails to people based on THEIR personal activity (purchases, attendance, reviews), not mass scheduled sends.
No. Fanzly is NOT a scheduled mass email tool. If you want to send an email "to everyone" every X days, you need to use Email Campaigns and create/schedule each campaign manually.
Fanzly sends INDIVIDUAL emails based on ACTIONS by each person (bought, attended, reserved). The "5-day frequency" means "wait 5 days after THAT person did something, and IF they did nothing else, THEN send them an email". It does NOT mean "send to everyone every 5 days".
For your use case (recurring scheduled sends), use Email Campaigns and schedule 2-3 campaigns on different dates (today, in 7 days, in 14 days).
No. Fanzly only targets people who have interacted with your site (purchases, validations, reviews). For cold outreach, use Email Campaigns.
Fanzly automatically generates unique codes that include the buyer's name (e.g., "JOHN15OFF"). These codes are exclusive to each recipient.
Go to the Promoted events tab, toggle off that event, and save. Fanzly will stop including it in future emails.
Yes. Fanzly emails count against your daily sending limit (verified emails × 2,000).
Yes. In the Performance tab, click "Emails sent" and then click any row to see the exact email.
Go to Settings tab and toggle "Enable Fanzly" off. Toggle it back on when you're ready to resume.
