Confidence score badges in Chatbot inbox

The Chatbot section now gives you clearer visibility into how well your bot is performing, message by message.

Confidence scores on every bot reply

Each assistant message in the Chatbot inbox now displays a confidence score badge ranging from 0 to 100. The score reflects how certain the bot was when generating that reply, so you can quickly scan a conversation and spot answers that may have been uncertain or off-target — without having to read every message in detail.

Low-confidence replies are easy to identify at a glance, making it faster to decide which responses need to be reviewed, corrected, or used as training material to improve future answers.
