Block Purchases with Multiple Ticket Types

New Option

New setting to prevent a buyer from purchasing different ticket types in the same transaction.

What It's For

This feature allows assigning a custom purchase email per ticket type. For example:

  • VIP Ticket → Email with VIP access instructions
  • General Ticket → Email with standard instructions
  • Meet & Greet Ticket → Email with special schedules

How to Enable

  1. Access event settings
  2. Find the "Restrict ticket types per purchase" option
  3. Enable the restriction
  4. Configure custom emails for each ticket type
