Reorder FAQs with drag and drop
When editing an event, you can now drag and drop FAQ items to arrange them in any order. The order is saved and reflected on the public event page and carried over when duplicating events.
Ticket entry deadlines
Each ticket type now supports an entry deadline — a number of hours after the event starts — after which the QR stops being valid for entry at the door. When a validator scans an expired ticket, the Validate app rejects it and shows the exact time it was valid until. This does not affect online purchases.
Save and exit in event creation
You can now save your progress and exit the event creation form at any point. Your work is saved as a draft and you can resume later. Confirmation dialogs appear when removing tickets or social links mid-creation.
Live preview for email capture forms
The Onsite Forms tab in the site builder now includes a live preview panel so you can see exactly how your email capture popup will appear to visitors before publishing.
Automation flow stats improvements
The flow stats step table now shows the email name for each send-email step, and the enrollments list shows which step each contact is currently waiting on.
Redesigned unsubscribe page
The unsubscribe page recipients see has been redesigned with clearer copy and an optional reason selector before confirmation.
