Ticket notices, cancellation follow-through, add-on groups, and website themes

Help Center catch-up for what already shipped in the organizer dashboard. Chatbot inbox, email builder, and Mercado Pago rates were already documented on main; this entry covers the rest.

Ticket notices

Events → [event] → Ticket notices is a per-date tab (not a create-event step and not a reserved waitlist). Two independent cards: Notify when tickets are available and Schedule the sale opening. Signup lives on the event-page ticket area. The people table is Contact / Registered / Result. See Ticket notices.

Cancellation follow-through

After Edit → Cancel date, the date shows This date was cancelled and View summary. The Cancellation summary drawer tracks refund progress (Pending, Processing, Refunded, Failed refund) and Retry failed refunds. View cancellation details is one full-screen buyers table.

In Sell, a mistyped email domain shows Did you mean plus a one-click suggestion.

Add-on groups

Create standalone add-ons first, then Create group (needs at least two). Rules: One per ticket, Optional / as many as they want, or Advanced rule.

Website themes

The picker now includes Cine (Auditorio · Marquesina · Matinée) and Electrónica (Magenta · Silo · Almacén). Events listings can use a carousel layout. The AI personalize wizard asks mood, primary goal, and pages, and accepts PDF, Word, PNG or JPG. Empty Cine catalogs can show sample film listings in preview only.
