Banner focal point picker, HEIC uploads, site theme editor enhancements, and more
This release gives organizers finer control over how event images appear across every surface, expands the site theme editor with new layout and navigation tools, and surfaces active promotions directly in the seating experience.
Banner focal point and HEIC support in Events
When editing an event, you can now set a focal point on your banner image — just click the area that matters most, and every display format (cards, hero, square crops) will keep that subject in frame automatically. On the upload side, iPhone photos in HEIC format are now accepted directly; the platform converts them for web compatibility so you no longer need to convert files before uploading.
Site theme editor: layout and navigation controls
The theme editor in Website has received a series of upgrades:
- Inline text editing — double-click any heading or text block in the preview to jump straight to that field for editing.
- Per-section spacing and width — adjust padding and content width independently for each section without affecting the rest of the page.
- Navbar and footer visibility per page — show or hide the navbar and footer on a page-by-page basis, ideal for landing pages or focused checkout flows.
- Navbar CTA link picker — choose the navbar button destination from a visual picker listing all site pages and anchor sections, instead of typing a URL by hand.
- Location Map section — add an embedded map with your venue address and an optional "Get directions" button to any page from the section catalog.
- Social links display and ordering — choose whether each footer social link appears as an icon or a text label, and drag-and-drop them into your preferred order.
Active promotions visible in Sell
When a seated event has automatic ticket promotions configured, those promotions now appear as labeled badges in the seating map sidebar and the rate selection modal inside Sell, so buyers can see available deals right at the point of selection.
