Date Generator, RSVP Question Ordering & Fanzly in Navigation

Improvements to the date generator (doors open before start, form reset), new drag-and-drop ordering for RSVP questions, and Fanzly now available directly from the app navigation.

🚪 Doors Open Before Start

When generating or editing event dates, you can now set how many minutes before the start time doors open.

How it works

Available in:

  • Generate dates modal — one setting applies to all generated dates
  • Add/Edit date modal — per-date opening time

Use cases: venues that open 15–30 minutes early, or early entry (e.g. 60 min before) for VIP or early access.

🔄 Date Generator Form Reset

The Generate dates modal now resets completely when you close it (Cancel or after generating). You no longer see the previous date range, duration, schedules, or “doors open before start” the next time you open it — every open starts with a clean form.

🎯 RSVP Question Ordering

You can now control the exact order of RSVP questions and answer options with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality.

Drag-and-drop reordering

Question ordering:

  • Drag handle icon (☰) appears next to each question number
  • Click and hold the drag handle, then drag the question up or down
  • Questions appear to buyers in the order you set

Answer option ordering:

For multiple choice questions (single or multi-select):

  • Each answer option has its own drag handle (☰)
  • Drag options up or down to change their display order
  • Useful for ordering options logically (e.g., "Yes" before "No", or alphabetically)

Where it works

Question ordering is available in:

  • Event creation — "Buyer data" section → "Optional questions (RSVP)"
  • Event editing — Edit menu → "Questions" (per event date)

Use cases

  • Put most important questions first
  • Order answer options logically (Yes/No, Small/Medium/Large)
  • Group related questions together
  • Optimize form flow for better completion rates

📱 Fanzly in the App Navigation

Fanzly is now available directly from the app:

  • Web: In the main navigation bar (sidebar), under Marketing
  • Mobile: In the app menu — open the menu and select Fanzly

You can open Fanzly without going through Marketing first. The full path Marketing → Fanzly still works as before.

💡 Summary

  • Doors open before start: Set opening time 0–120 minutes before start in generate dates and add/edit date.
  • Form reset: Generate dates modal resets when closed so the next use starts clean.
  • RSVP question ordering: Drag-and-drop questions and answer options to control display order.
