Partner Program — Welcome banner, free ticket tracking & activation email

Three improvements to the Partner Program and purchase detail that make the partner experience clearer, more transparent, and more motivating.


Welcome banner for partner organizers

When a partner organizer logs in to Fanz for the first time, a welcome popup now appears showing their free ticket credits in a clear, celebratory format:

  • A large hero number showing exactly how many commission-free tickets they have waiting
  • A ticket icon and "Free Tickets" label
  • The partner inviter's avatar and name with a caption: "[Partner] gifted you these — enjoy every sale, fee-free."
  • A "Let's go!" call-to-action button

One-time per brand: The banner is dismissed at the server level. Once any team member of the brand closes it, it will not appear again for any other member of that brand — regardless of device or browser. Previously, each member would see the banner independently until they each dismissed it in their own browser.


Free ticket credits in purchase detail

The financial breakdown in the purchase detail now shows exactly how many free ticket credits were consumed on each purchase:

  • Full credit: "X free ticket credits applied — no platform fee" — when all tickets were covered by credits and the platform fee is zero.
  • Partial credit: "X free ticket credits applied" — when only some tickets were covered (e.g., 15 out of 30). The reduced platform fee is shown above the chip, and the chip clarifies how many credits contributed to the reduction.

The exact count is tracked per purchase across all payment processors (Mercado Pago, Stripe, and Fiserv).


Enhanced activation email for partners

When a partner activates (invited brand makes their first paid sale), the email sent to the partner has been redesigned to be more informative and motivating:

  • Dynamic subject including the invited brand's name and updated active partner count: "🚀 [Brand] just went live! You now have X active partners"
  • Hero stat block displaying the total active partner count as a large number with the current tier badge
  • Visual tier progress bar — a 5-step track (Starter → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) with the current tier highlighted
  • Next tier motivation — shows exactly how many more partners are needed to reach the next tier and what additional free ticket credits that would unlock
  • Hint box explaining the benefit of reaching the next level

The email language (English or Spanish) is still determined by the locale of the partner's first brand.
