Seating map upgrades, chatbot knowledge viewer, and checkout improvements
This release brings a more transparent chatbot setup experience alongside several seating map improvements that make seat selection clearer and easier for buyers on any device.
Chatbot: inspect what your bot learned
In the Chatbot section, you can now open any knowledge source and view the exact text content the chatbot indexed from it. A dialog displays the extracted content so you can quickly verify whether the bot has the right information before it talks to your attendees.
Seating map: pinch-to-zoom on mobile
Buyers on touchscreen devices can now use a two-finger pinch gesture to zoom in and out on the seat map during checkout, making it much easier to browse and pick seats on a phone or tablet.
Seating map: there is no single-category restriction
There is no setting that limits a purchase to seats from a single map category. Buyers can mix categories in the same purchase, and that does not force them to buy every seat at a table.
Seating map: filter seats by section
The checkout panel now includes a section filter alongside the existing category and price filters. Buyers can use it to narrow down available seats to a specific area of the venue, speeding up the selection process for large venues.
