Win-back automation now sends a two-email journey; new typography controls for statement sections
This release expands the win-back automation into a proper re-engagement sequence and gives organizers finer typographic control over their event site's statement sections.
Win-back automation: two-email re-engagement journey
The win-back flow in Marketing → Flows now sends two emails instead of one. Inactive contacts first receive a discovery email designed to rekindle interest, followed — after a five-day delay — by a second email that delivers the discount or incentive. This sequenced approach gives contacts a warm touch before presenting an offer, improving the chances of re-engagement without leading with a promotion.
Typography and layout controls for statement sections
Organizers building their event site can now adjust text alignment and content width on statement-style sections directly from the section panel in the site builder (Events → [your event] → site editor). These controls are available across all supported themes and let you fine-tune how headlines and body text are presented to your audience on the public event page. ===EN_CONTENT===
