You can now record expenses that are charged to the producer or the venue after the revenue split is calculated. The bordereaux report displays a dedicated expenses subtotal, and the final net payouts for both parties are automatically updated to reflect those deductions — giving everyone a clear, accurate picture of what they'll actually receive.

Reply to customer reviews by email

Inside Customer Service → Online Reputation, each review detail view now includes a rich text editor that lets you compose and send an email reply directly to the customer who left the feedback. Reviews that have already received a reply show a visual indicator, so you can instantly see which ones still need attention.

MercadoPago preferred rates on first connection

When you connect a MercadoPago account for the first time, a modal now appears confirming that Fanz has requested preferred commission rates on your behalf.
